Accountant (HK)
Role Objective
- Support the daily operations of the accounting function
Job Duties
- Assist in month-end closing, management reporting and budgeting functions
- Assist in ERP system enhancement and processes streamline
- Prepare tax computations and coordinate with tax team to ensure timely tax filing
- Ensure standard of procedures is properly followed
- Assist the interim/annual audit and liaise with external auditor
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management decisions
- Eligible for job rotation to other roles in the Finance department for career development depending on performance and availability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
- HKICPA/ACCA qualified or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably from real estate industry, property management company
- High proficiency in MS Office and Excel, experience in Power BI is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
Remuneration
