Accountant - Group Finance (FP&A)

Role Objective

  • Support the daily operations of the group accounting (FP&A) function

Job Duties

  • Prepare and analyse the group’s monthly financial management reporting to senior management
  • Prepare the group’s annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Assist in the preparation of the group's interim/annual report and financial statements
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analyses and presentations to support management decisions
  • Eligible for job rotation to other roles in the Finance department for career development, depending on performance and availability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
  • Qualified accountant of HKICPA/ACCA/AICPA
  • 2 - 5 years relevant experience, preferably from the real estate industry
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint; experience in Power BI is a plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands-on, proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork spirit and good people communication skills
  • Immediately available is preferred

Remuneration
