Assistant Accountant - Financial Reporting

Job Duties


  • Support the Group’s month-end consolidation and financial reporting
  • Support the interim/annual audit and liaise with external auditor
  • Handle month-end closing and management reporting of the Group’s investment holding companies
  • Eligible for job rotation to other roles in Finance department for career development depending on performance and availability



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably from real estate industry or property management company, experience in Big4 is a plus
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions, experience in Power BI is a plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork spirit and demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
