Assistant Manager, Finance

Job Duties:
•    Responsible for timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, budgeting and forecasting for the assigned portfolio 
•    Responsible for the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards 
•    Assess impact of changes in financial accounting standards and ensure proper accounting treatment for business activities 
•    Responsible for audits and liaise with internal and external auditors
•    Handle Income tax and GST filings in compliance with Singapore regulations and support other tax-related matters
•    Identifying process gaps, implement controls, and drive system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality of financial reports
•    Lead and manage a team of finance executives
•    Perform other duties and assignments as required

 

Requirements:

 

Education
•    Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA or equivalent

 

Experience
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the real estate sector
•    Prior supervisory experience preferred 

 

Skills
•    Strong technical knowledge in accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
•    Strong analytical skills with attention to details and accuracy
•    Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
