Assistant Manager, Marketing (Jurong Point)

Accountabilities and Scope:

As part of the Marketing team, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving the mall’s marketing initiatives and enhancing its market positioning. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns and promotional campaigns to drive shopper footfall, boost tenant sales and strengthen the mall’s visibility and competitive positioning in the market.
  • Spearhead tenant and vendor engagement for mall events, pushcart leasing, casual leasing activations, and promotional partnerships. Prior experience in these areas is essential for success in this role.
  • Oversee casual leasing operations for advertising panels, atrium spaces, and pushcarts - including lead conversion, and operational execution to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Lead and manage digital and social media marketing efforts - overseeing execution, and leveraging analytics to drive engagement and footfall.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including KPIs, ROI analysis, and footfall/sales tracking to inform future initiatives.
  • Contribute to overall marketing planning, budgeting, and team development while actively supporting cross-functional efforts that enhance shopper experience and tenant collaboration.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Drive shopper traffic and engagement through effective campaigns.
  • Ensure campaign performance meets KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Achieve revenue and occupancy goals for casual leasing (advertising, atrium, pushcarts).

 

Profile of Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in retail and shopping malls.
  • A high-energy and collaborative team player with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to multi-task under pressure.
  • Adaptable, creative, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
