Assistant Manager - Asset Management (HK)

Job Duties

  • Assist the Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail and carpark assets to maximise financial and operational performance
  • Analyse assets’ value creation and operational efficiency, and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Formulate Asset Plan and take the lead on implementation with business objectives including asset positioning, trade mix & leasing strategies, ESG initiatives and asset management
  • Coordinate with a dedicated team to achieve KPIs, including leasing, property management, marketing and project development professionals
  • Perform market analysis and provide strategic advice to leverage on market opportunities
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials to management

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ solid experience in real estate asset management, retail leasing, project management, shopping centre property management from property developers, real estate funds or sizable private equity firms
  • Proficient in advanced PowerPoint & Excel, financial analysis and budgeting
  • Knowledge in Power BI, Argus and business analytics tools would be an advantage
  • Excellent organisation, presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Possesses strong business acumen, logical mindset, data analytical skill, and able to work both independently and in a team
