Assistant Manager - Asset Management (HK)

Job Duties

  • Oversee a portfolio of retail and carpark assets to maximize financial performance 
  • Analyze assets’ value creation and operational efficiency and identify the enhancement opportunities 
  • Formulate Asset Plan and take the lead on implementation with business objectives including asset positioning, trade mix & leasing strategies, ESG initiatives and asset management 
  • Coordinate with a dedicated team to achieve KPIs, including leasing, property management, marketing and project development professionals 
  • Perform market analysis and provide strategic advice to leverage on market opportunities 
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials to management  
     

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines 
  • At least 6 years’ solid experience in real estate asset management, retail leasing, project management, shopping centre property management from property developers, real estate funds or sizable private equity firms 
  • Possess strong business acumen and market awareness, financial analysis and budgeting experience 
  • A team-player with excellent organization, presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Advanced PowerPoint & Excel. Knowledge in Power BI and business analytics tools, and Argus would be an advantage
