Assistant Manager - Car Park Management
Job Duties
- Oversee the management and operation of Car Park operators under the assigned Car Park portfolios
- Manage internal resources and service contractors to deliver high quality of services
- Monitor the usage, repair and maintenance of Car Park Automation System
- Supervise and support the car park sales and business development projects
- Develop market intelligence network and organize market research
- Participate in financial analysis, valuation and sales forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Property Management, Housing Management, Building Surveying or other related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience preferably in portfolio management, with at least 4 years in supervisory level
- Previous experience in car park management and operation is an advantage
- Analytical mind with strong ability to monitor and enhance income & expenditure of assigned properties
- Self-initiated, detail-oriented with strong commitment to excellence
- Strong customer-orientation and excellent business acumen
- Strong in computer skills is a must, particularly on power point presentation
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Remuneration
