Assistant Manager - Car Park Management

Job Duties

  • Support Head and AGM – Car Park Management in implementing new initiative and drive car park business to maximize financial performance and sustainable revenue growth
  • Execute car park promotion strategy by leveraging market intelligence with the objective of sales conversion
  • Prepare proposals and business cases for income initiatives, including assumptions, risks and implementation plans
  • Develop financial models to assess the viability and return of new initiatives or pricing strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and emerging car park practices, and recommend offensive / defensive strategies
  • Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards and insights for senior management
  • Support budget preparation, forecasting and long-term planning for car park income and expenses
  • Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve KPIs

Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in Property/Housing Management, Building Surveying, Transport/Logistics Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in chain-outlet/portfolio management, with at least 2 years in managerial/supervisory level
  • Analytical mind with strong ability to monitor and enhance income and expenditure of assigned properties
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Previous experience in car park management and operation is an advantage
  • Self-initiated, detail-oriented with strong commitment to excellence
  • Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
  • Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Strong in computer skills is a must, particularly on excel / power point and familiar with AI platforms
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer – Car Park Management.
