Assistant Manager - Digital Presence

Job Duties

  • Craft and execute engaging online promotional campaigns that embody Link's corporate narratives and achieve strategic objectives
  • Oversee and optimise multiple digital platforms, including corporate websites (www.laml.com , www.linkreit.com), intranet and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Weibo, and WeChat), ensuring consistent branding and a seamless user experience
  • Develop compelling content, from initial concept and storyboarding to copywriting and content strategy customisation, to engage diverse stakeholder groups, including investors and community members
  • Collaborate with external agencies to define KPIs for marketing campaigns, track performance and generate comprehensive reports and insightful analytics
  • Leverage data-driven insights and collaborate with creative agencies to continuously refine content and channel strategies, maximising audience reach and impact
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • Demonstrated passion for social media and a strong understanding of brand development through compelling digital storytelling
  • A collaborative team player with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, with proven ability to create high-quality corporate communications materials
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in digital marketing or corporate communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with website content management systems (CMS) is highly desirable
  • Experience in working or conducting projects in the wider APAC (outside of HK and China) an advantage
