Assistant Manager - Investor Relations
Role Objective
To assist top management in planning, developing and executing the strategy to communicate with the investment community.
Job Duties
- Exhibit Link’s investment story to the market through the preparation of materials for results (interim/annual reports, presentations, etc)
- Prepare management’s scripts and FAQ for analysts’ briefings and investor meetings
- Collect investor and analyst feedback and develop reports regularly to facilitate senior management’s decisions
- Maintain knowledge of Link’s strategy, the latest developments, financial statements, and published reports of Link
- Draft replies to investors’ inquiries on strategy, performance, financial matters, etc
- Monitor and keep track of the financial results, business and operational performance, and latest corporate developments of comparable companies in Asia Pacific, industry trends, and competitive advantages
- Plan and manage Investor Relations events including investor meetings, conferences, site visits, road shows, investor day and shareholder meetings
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior Management
- Identify shareholders or investors of the company to facilitate the IR activity planning
Requirements
- Degree holder or above, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, journalism or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations / Finance background
- Knowledge of or strong interest in investor relations, financial communications, and capital markets
- Excellent written English and Chinese, with fluency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in PC skills, especially in PowerPoint
- Thrives under pressure, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Good team player
Remuneration
