Assistant Manager - Repair & Maintenance (HK)
Job Duties
- Manage repair and maintenance works in shopping centres, carparks and commercial properties
- Deal with internal and external parties in all repair and maintenance related issues
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all facility maintenance works
- Plan annual budget and monitor budget utilization
- Plan and monitor the facility maintenance schedule and progress
- Manage and supervise contractor’s performance and evaluate their performance
Requirements
- Degree holder in Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Professional qualification or membership is preferred: Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Engineer or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in repair and maintenance field and over 2 years of experience in managerial role
- Relevant experience in property management company, engineering or surveyor consultancy firm
- Conversant with local practices and government regulations related to various project management disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Remuneration
