Assistant Manager - Reward

Role Objective

 

  • Manage compensation & benefits programs and policies to ensure Link’s competitiveness in the talent markets

Job Duties

 

  • Conduct annual year-end review cycle, including salary and bonus recommendations, compensation budgeting and renewal of group insurance
  • Participate in market surveys, conduct compensation and benefits analysis and proactively propose recommendations to ensure overall reward level is competitive against market
  • Assist to formulate and implement human resources policies and practices to ensure our business operations are compliance with local statutory requirements and best industry codes of practice
  • Provide HR analytics for data analysis to facilitate management’s decision
  • Build strong professional relationship with key functional business partners and external advisors

Requirements

 

  • Experience working in a leading compensation consultancy firm preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to accurately handle large quantity of data
  • Ability to deliver high quality and well-constructed presentations
