Consultant - COW (Project Quarry)

Job Duties

• Supervision & inspection for the foundation / superstructure works of development project.
• Perform site supervision & monitor the project quality.
• Monitor work progress & ensure working procedures, work schedules & quality control are strictly followed.
• Responsible for safety matters.
• Liaise will consultant & contractor in project progress.
• Join project progress meeting and prepare weekly report.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 10 years related working experience.
• Relevant professional qualifications (HKICW/ICWCI/CIOB) will be advantage.
• Familiar with Building Regulations and construction details.
• Willing to learn and handle pressure.
• HK driving license will be preferable.
