Consultant - BSI (Project Quarry)

Job Duties

• Oversee and supervise building services installations, ensuring compliance with specifications, work procedures, and quality control.
• Conduct on-site checks to verify that materials and workmanship meet contract specifications and work procedures.
• Review and endorse the Inspection, Test, and Approval Plans submitted by the Contractor.
• Provide Site Progress Reports for Site Meetings and Specialist Sub-contractors coordination meetings.
• Attendance to site meetings, coordination meetings, inspection and testing and commissioning exercises.
• Supervise of site prefabrication work such as Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), MiMEP and precast building elements for the project when applicable.
• liaison with Project Manager to facilitate other internal departments' requests during construction and project handover.

Requirements

• Higher Certificate or above in Buildings Services / Mechanical / Electrical or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferable gained in property developer, consultancy firm or property management company.
• Good knowledge in facility and maintenance works is preferable.
• Self-driven, customer-oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
