Executive, Marketing (Jurong Point)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis, budget tracking, monthly reports for internal analysis, and day-to-day campaign monitoring
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure project success and create awareness for the mall's activities
  • Form strategic alliances to source sponsorships, unique event opportunities, and public relations opportunities for the mall.
  • Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants, as well as garner participation for mall programmes and initiatives to drive sales.
  • To keep track of expenses within the approved budget.
  • Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews to determine the off promotions/events in terms of shopper traffic and tenant GTO, and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
  • Manage the marketing of casual leasing in order to increase mall revenue and shoppers’ traffic.
  • Manage social media platforms, content creation and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions. Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of the mall.
  • Maintain and update content on various digital and social media platforms;
  • Maintain customer service initiatives and meet mall service standards.
  • Actively participate in group campaigns and initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience preferably in a shopping mall, retail or ad agency environment.
  • High-energy, positive and a good team player.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
