Programme Overview
The Link Leasing Trainee Programme targets to nurture recent graduates by our industry expertise. We have aspiration to develop trainees into professionals in property leasing. A one-year, multifaceted training programme aims to help new trainees to get a head start in their careers.
Trainees will work with industry experts in Leasing and gain hands-on experience at our wide-ranging asset portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tenancy liaison, renewal negotiation, and market analysis compilation
- Provide support to implement initiatives to drive business growth
- Monitor business performance for meeting various leasing control parameters and KPIs
Requirements
- Fresh or recent graduates with less than 2-year full-time work experience.
- Passionate about developing a career in property leasing. Prior exposure in related industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work with different stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and strong commercial acumen
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing)
