Leasing Manager (Jurong Point)

Overview:

  • Plan and implement appropriate tenancy mix
  • Ensure optimal occupancy and revenue
  • Formulate and implement leasing/marketing strategies
  • Plan for upcoming AEI work


The Role:

  • Manage existing tenancies, identify prospects and secure new tenancies
  • Review lease proposals and put forth recommendations
  • Establish and build networking channels with tenants and agents to achieve maximum occupancy
  • Monitor tenants’ sales performance and work with tenants to improve revenue
  • Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
  • Supervise and lead junior leasing personnel
  • Oversee and follow up on tenancy-related matters
  • Check and review tenancy documentations
  • Prepare proposals, budgets and monthly reports
  • Follow up on rental and electricity arrears


The Incumbent:

  • Degree in Estate Management / Business / Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a retail mall
  • Good grasp of retail market trend and well-versed in retail leasing procedures
  • Responsible, meticulous and able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Able to multi-task efficiently and work in a fast- paced environment
  • Possess good attitude, drive and resilience to meet job challenges
  • Self-motivated and achievement driven
  • Problem solver with good leadership skill
  • Strong in both oral and written communication
