Link Property and Car Park Management (PCPM) Trainee Programme

Programme Overview

The Link PCPM Trainee Programme targets to nurture recent graduates by our industry expertise.  We have aspiration to develop trainees into professional property managers.   A one-year, multifaceted training programme aims to help new trainees to get a head start in their careers. 

Trainees will work with industry experts in property and car park management and gain hands-on experience at our wide-ranging asset portfolio.  They will receive on-the-field training, professional knowledge and transferable skills with attractive rewards and opportunities for fast advancement in career growth if they meet the performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the more experienced team members on to manage the assigned property
  • Liaise with tenants on tenancy matters and handle enquiries and demands from customers and various stakeholders
  • Assist in monitoring contractors’ performance and service level at the property
  • Provide reports and analysis as required for management review

 

Requirements

  • Fresh or recent graduates with less than 2-year full-time work experience.
  • Interests in developing a career in Property Management. Prior exposure in the industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work with different stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and result oriented
  • Proactive attitude in learning new things and taking up new challenges
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing)
