Programme Overview
The Link PCPM Trainee Programme targets to nurture recent graduates by our industry expertise. We have aspiration to develop trainees into professional property managers. A one-year, multifaceted training programme aims to help new trainees to get a head start in their careers.
Trainees will work with industry experts in property and car park management and gain hands-on experience at our wide-ranging asset portfolio. They will receive on-the-field training, professional knowledge and transferable skills with attractive rewards and opportunities for fast advancement in career growth if they meet the performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the more experienced team members on to manage the assigned property
- Liaise with tenants on tenancy matters and handle enquiries and demands from customers and various stakeholders
- Assist in monitoring contractors’ performance and service level at the property
- Provide reports and analysis as required for management review
Requirements
- Fresh or recent graduates with less than 2-year full-time work experience.
- Interests in developing a career in Property Management. Prior exposure in the industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work with different stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and result oriented
- Proactive attitude in learning new things and taking up new challenges
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing)
