Manager / Assistant Manager - Car Park (HK)

Job Duties

  • Support implementation of new initiatives and business promotion strategies with the objectives to optimize financial performance and sustain revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to generate market insight for trend development and growth maximisation
  • Assist in preparing business cases, feasibility studies and financial analyses for new initiatives and investment proposals.
  • Explore opportunities related to digital transformation, automation, AI applications, EV charging, mobility solutions, partnerships and other growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth project implementation and operational readiness.
  • Support vendor evaluations, tender exercises, contract administration and partnership management activities.
  • Prepare project reports, management updates and performance analysis for review by senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate, Transport/Logistics Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy, project management, portfolio management, consulting or related fields.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Sound analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and translate ideas into actionable plans.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Holder of a valid Driving Licence is preferred
