Manager / Assistant Manager - Leasing (HK)

Job Duties

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing leasing strategies, policies, guidelines, terms and conditions for the Company’s retail portfolio and market facilities
  • Lead a team of leasing professionals to research and conduct rental assessments and valuation services with a view to attain maximum investment yield from the leasing activitie

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
  • HKIS / RICS / General Practice Surveying or equivalent preferred
  • At least 8 years’ solid leasing experience in leading property developers will be an advantage and preferably related to retail shopping centre, with at least 2 years in managerial level
  • Excellent relation with potential clients/tenants and able to identify and bring in new types of clients/tenants
  • Possess good business acumen with strong market awareness
  • A team-player with excellent negotiation and communication skills

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Leasing.
