Manager - Brand

Role Objective

The Brand Manager role supports the development and execution of branding programmes across both consumer and corporate channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this role will contribute to the delivery of brand campaigns, communication content and assets that strengthen Link's brand presence and support the Group's business objectives.

Job Duties

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Link's branding programmes in support of the Group's overall brand strategy.
  • Drive the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns through-the-line (including traditional, outdoor, digital, social, in-mall and other media touchpoints).
  • Based on insights, support the development and rollout of brand campaigns and assets across consumer and corporate channels, including visual content, marketing materials, financial reports, advertisements and event branding.
  • Assist in the development of brand narratives and content to strengthen brand equity and ensure consistency across key touchpoints.
  • Serve as a steward of the Link brand and ensure all brand applications are aligned with established brand guidelines and standards.
  • Brief and manage creative agencies and production partners to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Work with Insights team to track brand health and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programmes and initiatives.
  • Support related administration work including procurement, vendor management and project coordination, while ensuring project compliance with the Group’s governance requirements.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, creative media or a related field
  • Minimum seven (7) years of relevant work experience in branding, marketing, advertising, creative production or related disciplines
  • Proven experience in branding initiatives, integrated marketing campaigns and brand asset development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with good aesthetic sense and visual judgement
  • A proactive and adaptable individual with strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail and the ability to drive projects independently.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop and Illustrator) is an advantage.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
