Manager - Corporate Brand

Job Duties

 

  • Contribute to the development of the curatorial strategies and programmes for a Link branded engagement platform located at one of the Link malls in Hong Kong.
  • Plan and organise exhibitions and year-round activities for the platform
  • Identify and liaise the solicitation of exhibits, content and activities that best fit the purposes of the platform; create and manage schedules for the installations of exhibits and implementation of activities
  • Supervise a team of on-the-ground staffers to ensure smooth daily operation of the platform.
  • Strategise, produce and manage brand communication assets, including but not limit to brand content in forms of videos, still images, collaterals, and brand playbook.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders such as content contributors, agencies, solution providers and media platforms to tailor brand engagement solutions.
  • Support Director of Corporate Brand to develop brand communications strategy to meet the evolving needs of the Company;
  • Write plans and reports to ensure outcomes are being met and issues are resolved
  • Undertake relevant research and archives
  • Effective budget and time management
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

 

  • A University degree in communications or other related disciplines
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, brand communications or event management
  • Strong research and communication skills to conceive ideas and develop actionable implementation plan.
  • A strategic thinker and good producer, with strong execution capability to bring the ideas to life
  • A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently, as well as supervising team members.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese, including proficiency in Putonghua
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
