Manager - Culture & Change Management
Role Objective
We are seeking a driven and innovative professional to lead our culture and change management initiatives. This role will focus on driving culture change projects, enhancing HR processes to align with organisational values, and improving people experience. The ideal candidate will also support the communication and monitoring of the culture change roadmap, HR digitalisation efforts, and contribute to employee engagement, sustainability, and social content strategies.
Job Duties
- Lead culture change projects and redesign HR management practices to embed new culture drivers and enhance people experience.
- Support the implementation, communication, and monitoring of the culture change management roadmap to ensure strategic objectives are met.
- Reengineer HR processes to ensure alignment with organisational culture and improve employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive HR digitalisation initiatives to optimise processes, foster collaboration, and deliver employee-centric solutions.
- Contribute to HR sustainability strategies, focusing on people experience, growth and engagement, and long-term organisational health.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and develop social content strategies to amplify internal culture and external branding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing culture change projects, HR process reengineering, and employee engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and HR digital tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring the impact and effectiveness of cultural and engagement initiatives.
