Manager - Finance
Role Objective
To support the implementation of Link 3.0 strategy from financial perspective, including the M&A supports and corresponding financial accounting, analysis and reporting.
Job Duties
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders under Link 3.0 strategy
- Responsible for the accounting and preparation of financial reports and analysis to support Link 3.0 strategy
- Participate in M&A financial and tax due diligence and financial model analysis as well as assisting in the overall transaction execution and review of transaction documents
- Keep abreast of the latest developments of accounting standards and provide accounting advice to stakeholders
- Participate in the Group’s consolidation, financial reporting and interim/annual audit
- Liaise with external audit and consultants
- Assist on ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
- Chartered accountant, HKICPA/ACCA/AICPA
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in real estate funds and investment companies
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting processes and related financial reporting standards
- High proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint; experience in Power BI is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands-on, proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment
- Good people management skills, strong teamwork spirit and able to coach and develop subordinates
