Manager/Assistant Manager - Project (HK)
Short Description
To support the Business development by ensuring the asset enhancement projects are completed within the pre-determined budget and time frame and in compliance with relevant specification requirements and government regulations
Job Duties
- Responsible for project planning and management of asset enhancement in shopping centres and office commercial buildings
- Identify project milestones and conduct feasibility studies
- Work independently and co-ordinate with in-house teams, consultants and vendors for all project related activities
- Monitor the implementation of asset enhancement & development works and to ensure the projects are completed within the pre-determined budget and time frame and in compliance with relevant specification requirements and government regulations
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying, or related disciplines plus member of HKIS or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience,
- Minimum 7 years of solid experience in project management for asset enhancement and major A&A works within occupied buildings
- In-depth knowledge in property development procedures, design and building regulations
- Experiences in architectural A&A / major commercial fit out projects is an advantage
- Strong people management & communication skills with commercial sense Proficient in Mandarin and English
