Officer - Community Relations

Job Duties

 

  • Support the manager to build up and maintain a strong relationship within the community for Link and enhance the company image amongst the public
  • Liaise, meet, connect and communicate with various stakeholders, including but not limited to estates and community groups, gather and provide feedbacks on their opinions. Handle the respective complaints and enquiries
  • Report to management on regular basis on community relationship issues and communications
  • Attend social functions and events on behalf of the Company
  • Collaborate with colleagues of various functional units and cluster managers in dealing with significant ad hoc issues and assist with the management of these issues

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder in Public Affairs and Administration, Public Relations, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in community engagement works
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-initiated, detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Senior Officer
