Officer - Technical Support
Job Duties
- Plan and advise to stakeholders on maintenance, renovation, and A&A works
- Communicate with different end users to ensure works comply with statutory requirement & procedures and are completed to internal standard
- Conduct site inspection for work progress and quality control
- Prepare feasibility study on alteration of building services systems.
- Comment on condition survey, planned and ad-hoc maintenance works
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in consulting / project management / building maintenance field.
- Knowledge in electrical and ventilation systems is a must.
- Self-driven and user-oriented
- Good command of English and Chinese
