Senior Analyst / Associate - Product Strategy

Role Objective

As a Product Strategist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of investment strategies for our fund business. You will work closely with the Head of Product Strategy and the investment team to analyse market trends, develop product offerings, and support investor relations and capital raising activities.

Job Duties

  • Assist in the development and refinement of investment theses and product offerings for new and existing funds.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify capital flow trends and prospective investors
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, pitch books, and investor communications.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to gather and analyse portfolio data, providing insights on performance and market conditions.
  • Assist in the preparation of due diligence materials and responses to investor inquiries.
  • Track and analyse investor interest and feedback to inform future product development.
  • Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Support the administration and optimization of the CRM system and data room

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate, investment management, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, PPT and a good understanding of financial models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage internal and external stakeholder communications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow up proactively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is a plus.
  • Experience in the fund management industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and investor relations tools.
