Senior Analyst - Capital Transactions

Role Objective

To grow the company’s portfolio and maximize the investment returns by conducting business and financial analysis and executing acquisition assignments. 

Job Duties

• Conduct business and financial evaluations / analysis / financial modeling on property and portfolio performance to support management decisions
• Involve in research and feasibility study of potential acquisition and disposal assignments 
• Support deal execution including transaction management, coordination of internal and external parties, financial modelling, deal structuring, performing due diligence and negotiation of transaction documentations
• Research and provide investment information on a timely basis
• Monitor performance of key real estate markets and comparable companies/competitors including major REITs, property companies, PERE and around the world 
• Any other ad hoc assignments as necessary

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in finance, economics, real estate or related disciplines with strong interest in real estate industry and investment
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in property-related disciplines including investment, asset management, valuation, leasing, research, property finance or accounting, etc
• Well-versed in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI), financial modeling and presentation skills
• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese
• Business acumen, meticulous, thorough and able to work both independently and in a team
