Senior Associate / Associate - Asset Management (HK)
Job Duties
- Assist the asset manager to oversee a portfolio of assets and maximise financial performance
- Analyse assets’ value creation and operational efficiency, and identify enhancement opportunities
- Assist in Asset Plan formulation and implementation with business objectives including asset positioning, trade mix & leasing strategies, ESG initiatives and asset management
- Coordinate with a dedicated team to achieve KPIs, including leasing, property management, marketing and project development professionals
- Perform market analysis and research on latest market trends and intelligence
- Prepare reports and presentation materials as well as administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property-related disciplines including asset management, fund management, investment, valuation, leasing, research, property finance or accounting, etc
- Well-versed in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel), financial modeling and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Power BI or Python will be advantageous
- Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese
- Possesses strong business acumen, logical mindset, data analytical skill, attention to details, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team
