Senior Manager - Car Park (HK)

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for identifying, evaluating, deploying and executing new business initiatives across the Hong Kong car park portfolio.
  • Accountable for the financial performance, revenue growth and profitability of the assigned portfolio and business initiatives.
  • Develop and execute business plans, portfolio strategies and growth roadmaps aligned with Management's objectives.
  • Drive the end-to-end process of business innovation, from concept development, business case preparation and pilot testing to full-scale deployment.
  • Explore new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, digital solutions and operational innovations to support sustainable growth.
  • Assess market trends, customer behaviours, competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth deployment and operational readiness.
  • Prepare presentations, business proposals and management reports for senior management 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Property Management, Real Estate, Transport/Logistics Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably in chain-outlet/portfolio management, with at least 6 years in managerial/supervisory level
  • Proven track record in managing P&L, financial performance and business growth initiatives.
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing new business models, digital transformation projects or commercial initiatives.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven business acumen and financial analytical skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • High level of computer skills particularly on power point presentation
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Holder of a valid Driving Licence.
  • PMP Licence or Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification is an advantage.
