Senior Manager - Digital Platform (Marketing)

Job Duties


  • Devise short and mid- term digital marketing strategy for promoting LINK UP app. Set clear directions and lead the respective team in developing and implementing the marketing programmes. 
  • Effectively execute digital marketing strategies and programs, monitor creative and maximize social media exposure for LINK assets. Monitor advertising and event agencies to ensure quality of both above and below the line communications. 
  • Keep abreast of market trends and analyse competitors. Continuously develop new app feature to attract and suit customer needs and stay ahead of digital game.
  • Be a catalyst to continuously explore collaboration opportunities with tenants and business partners for joint campaign and coupon offer. Enhance and expand the network to nurture new joint-promotion possibilities. Recruit new affiliate partners to maximize campaign impact and branding. 
  • Develop the content of LINK UP app and control quality and plan for content posting
  • Continuously monitor the performance of LINK UP app and build CRM program and relevant marketing campaign to target marketing different customer segments.
  • Responsible for achieving members recruitment goals and members activeness and engagement rate for LINK UP app.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth on-site operation and execution of marketing plan.   Ensure prudent cost allocation and budget control and cost effectiveness for better ROI. Prepare post-event reports.
  • Adhere to performance standards, motivate staff to provide quality deliverables. Provide and develop staff potential. 



  • A university degree in Digital, Media Communication, Marketing, or related disciplines, with minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience of which at least 10 years at managerial level, preferably in digital marketing, property and asset management, multinational retailers or with leading advertising agencies.
  • Solid experience in digital marketing campaigns in HK, Mainland and Overseas. Extensive experience in brand building, advertising, and media planning, with good creative and equity judgments.  Strong connections in the digital media network.
  • Good analytical, presentation skills and interpersonal skills. 
  • Result driven, work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.  Be flexible under fast moving and challenging situation. 
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both verbal and written communication.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager – Digital Marketing.
