Senior Manager - Digital

Job Duties

  • Devise short and mid-term digital marketing strategy in line with business visions. Set clear directions for the digital platforms.  Lead the respective team in developing the digital platforms and implementing respective marketing program. Steer to drive campaigns including member recruitment, tenant promotions, shopping mall promotion.  Define KPI to measure success.
  • Effectively execute digital marketing strategies and programs to generate traffic and usage.  Monitor the stickiness and maximize the social media exposure for LINK assets. Monitor advertising and event agencies to ensure quality of both above and below the line communications. Develop the tactical work plan to ensure effective execution.
  • Be a catalyst to continuously explore collaboration opportunities with tenants and business partners for promotional offer and joint campaign. Enhance and expand the network to nurture new joint-promotion possibilities. Recruit new affiliate partners, analyse campaign results to ensure the best delivery of ROI.  
  • Keep abreast of evolving market trends and provide market and competitor analysis to optimize marketing strategies. Brainstorm and implement digital marketing and print indicatives to ensure the company enjoys a sustained presence using both e-marketing and off-line techniques.  
  • Drive collaboration with multiple internal departments and operations to ensure all leveraging programs are developed in alignment with the marketing plan.   Ensure prudent cost allocation and control in campaign budgets, and cost effectiveness for better ROI in post-event reports.  Ensure compliance with all stipulated legal requirements.
  • Adhere to performance standards and achieve relevant KPIs.  
     

Requirements

  • A university degree in Media Communication, Marketing or related disciplines, with minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience of which at least 5 years at managerial level, preferably in shopping mall, property and asset management, or with leading event, PR or advertising agencies.
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing loyalty and CRM programmes for HK, Mainland and Overseas. Strong connections in the media network, particularly with lifestyle pages and various new media would be considered as an advantage.
  • Good analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.  Able to draw others into enthusiastic commitment to the collective efforts and shape the environment to foster a drive towards business partnership, learning, achievement and teamwork.
  • Result driven, ambitions and able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.  Be flexible under fast moving, challenging situation.  
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both verbal and written communication.
