Senior Manager - Marketing

Job Duties

  • Drive the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing campaign and promotion activities including sales driven promotions, stage shows, PR events, in-mall decorations, and social media promotions, etc.
  • Conceptualize, conduct research to understand target audiences, develop and execute marketing strategies and marketing content with key messages to achieve campaign objective and hence KPI.
  • Oversee, analyse and optimize digital marketing campaign, including O2O programmes, social paid, media buy, retargeting, influencers collaborations, etc.
  • Conduct market intelligence research, perform marketing analysis, report and generate insights to support marketing and way forward decisions.
  • Align, synergize, and maintain positive collaborations with various stakeholders, including tenants, community, 3rd parties and strategic partners. 
  • Explore and pitch for new business / Marketing opportunities.
  • Establish close partnership across different departments and teams to translate the strategies into effective campaigns.  Excellence in execution follow through with superb collaborations with cross functional teams.
  • Drive effective team management to reach team KPIs.  Develop and coach a team of marketing professionals to perform under high morale and productivity.
  • Effective budget management.
  • Support adhoc projects as assigned.
     

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing/ Finance/ Corporate Communications within minimum of 20 years relevant experience of which at least 10 years at managerial level, preferably in real estate, retail and agencies company
  • With a proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies to grow brand value as well as drive consumers to action
  • Solid experience with proven track record in managing CRM campaigns and driving customer loyalty is required.  
  • Strong in strategic and conceptual thinking and effective communications.   
  • Withholding passions in marketing campaign, content development and storytelling is a Must. 
  • Well understanding of the latest social media trends, for both HK and mainland China market.  Proven digital marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns.
  • Leadership skill is required to form vision and drive business including aligning goals and moving projects towards goal.
  • Proactive, Independent, accountable, flexible, strong team player with can-do attitude.
  • Good at communication, presentation & project management skills.
  • Excellent time management and detail-oriented; proven ability to work efficiently, under pressure and tight deadlines.  
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
