Senior Manager - Organisation Development & Effectiveness
Role Objective
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Organisation Development & Effectiveness team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR or organisational consulting, with hands-on experience in organisation design, organisational effectiveness, and due diligence, particularly within the APAC region. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, leverage data-driven insights to solve complex organisational challenges, and contribute to the development of innovative strategies that enable business growth and operational excellence.
Job Duties
- Lead or support organisation development projects, including organisation design, organisation analysis, and due diligence activities, with a focus on scalability and alignment to business needs.
- Develop and implement frameworks and programs to improve organisational effectiveness, such as optimising spans of control, reporting layers, and workforce planning.
- Drive capability-building programs to enhance organisational capacity and improve productivity.
- Support HR strategy planning and conduct external benchmarking and organisation analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of organisational projects and initiatives.
- Support other ad-hoc business and organisation projects that contribute to long-term transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR or organisational consulting, preferably at a Senior Consultant or Manager level in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
