Senior Manager / Manager - Property & Car Park Management (HK)
Job Duties
- Undertake research on business process, financials and operations for the Property Management function
- Implementation of company’s strategies for achieving better operational efficiency
- Provide centralized support to internal and cross-department stakeholders
- Coordinate and analyze internal budgeting and financials
- Coordinate with site colleagues for execution of cross cluster project
- Prepare and present insights through periodic and project-based reports for management review
- Coordinate and analyze internal budgeting and financials
- Procurement functions including preparation of central tendering documents, contract negotiation etc.
- Develop and periodic review of departmental standard operational policies, procedures and guidelines
- Lead Task force team to perform site inspection for quality assurance
- Prepare and consolidate regular reports for meetings and data analysis
- Foster a customer centric culture and drive operational excellence within Property & Car Park Management Function
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance / Accounting, Real Estate or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, market research or property management. Experience in real estate or property management industries an advantage
- Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO an advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with solid proficiency in the latest research and analytical tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with people management experience
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Portfolio Manager
