Senior Manager / Manager - Property & Car Park Management (HK)

Job Duties

 

  • Undertake research on business process, financials and operations for the Property Management function
  • Implementation of company’s strategies for achieving better operational efficiency
  • Provide centralized support to internal and cross-department stakeholders
  • Coordinate and analyze internal budgeting and financials
  • Coordinate with site colleagues for execution of cross cluster project 
  • Prepare and present insights through periodic and project-based reports for management review
  • Coordinate and analyze internal budgeting and financials
  • Procurement functions including preparation of central tendering documents, contract negotiation etc.
  • Develop and periodic review of departmental standard operational policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Lead Task force team to perform site inspection for quality assurance
  • Prepare and consolidate regular reports for meetings and data analysis
  • Foster a customer centric culture and drive operational excellence within Property & Car Park Management Function

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder in Finance / Accounting, Real Estate or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, market research or property management. Experience in real estate or property management industries an advantage
  • Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO an advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid proficiency in the latest research and analytical tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented with people management experience
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Portfolio Manager
