Senior Manager - Strategic Investment

Role Objective

To conduct business and financial evaluations on Link REIT and its capital partnership strategies to support management decision.

Job Duties

• Conduct business and financial evaluations on Link REIT and its capital partnership strategies to support management decisions.
• Conduct research and feasibilities study to formulate and execute portfolio strategy in Asia Pacific region across major markets and sectors.
• Manage fund investment models and project models to support management to carry out portfolio management and fund management,
• Conduct on-going portfolio monitoring by analysing internal data and monitoring information across key real estate markets/sectors and comparable companies/competitors including major REITs, property companies, PERE and around the world.
• Support establishment and execution of capital partnerships for existing and new investments.
• Provide support for management and Board presentation.
• Any other ad hoc assignments as necessary.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in finance, accounting, economics, property, business or related disciplines.
• Advanced finance and accounting knowledge and CFA holder is a plus.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in property-related disciplines including investment, fund management, capital rising research or accounting, etc.
• Well-versed in financial modelling and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of PERE fund industry
• Excellent command of verbal and written English (one additional Asian language is a plus).
• Highly motivated, independent working and capable of working under pressure.
• Business acumen, meticulous, thorough and able to work both independently and in a team.
