Senior Officer - Car Park (HK)

Job Duties

  • Support car park business initiatives, marketing activities, customer engagement programmes and operational improvement projects.
  • Assist with project coordination, including logistics, documentation, communication and implementation.
  • Coordinate with service contractors, property management teams and internal stakeholders on report submissions, service records, operational issues and improvement items.
  • Follow up with internal departments, contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution of business support tasks.
  • Prepare, consolidate and check regular reports, including operational updates, performance tracking and business analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records and business information to support daily operations and management review.
  • Support procurement, payment and administrative processes, including document checking, record keeping and follow up
  • Support internal meetings, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, action tracking and follow up with relevant parties.
  • Perform any other duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, property management, real estate, facilities management, operations management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business support, administration, property management, car park operations, facilities management or related fields.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, responsible and self-motivated, with good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good analytical and numerical sense, with the ability to prepare, check and consolidate operational reports and business information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Holder of a valid Driving Licence is preferred
  • Holder of PMP Licence or relevant property management qualification will be an advantage
