Senior Officer - Car Park Management
Job Duties
- Assist in executing car park-related projects, such as automation system upgrades and EV charger installations, ensuring smooth coordination and timely implementation
- Handle daily car park system issues, working closely with vendors to ensure prompt troubleshooting and resolution
- Prepare test cases, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and review final deliverables for new system deployments or bug fixes
- Review and provide feedback on the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and assist in the planning and coordination of BCP drills related to car park systems
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Property Management, Facilities Management, or Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in property/facility operations or technical support
- Strong initiative, proactive problem-solving, and a can-do attitude toward challenges and cross-functional tasks
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to confidently read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Immediate availability is preferred
Additional Advantage:
- Background in IT systems, smart parking technologies, or digital asset tracking will be a plus
- Comfortable working across departments and adapting quickly to new responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely reporting to management, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions
- Take on ad-hoc site assignments with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach, demonstrating flexibility and a strong “can-do” attitude
- Candidates with an IT background may leverage their technical expertise to enhance system reliability, data reporting, and digital workflows within car park operations
Remuneration
We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
