Senior Officer - Company Secretariat

Job Duties

 

  • Perform full spectrum of company secretarial duties, corporate governance and compliance functions for listed company and private subsidiaries
  • Assist in preparation of annual / interim reports, announcements and circulars
  • Handle corporate transactions and ad hoc projects
  • Organize board meetings, board committee meetings and shareholders’ meetings
  • Maintain and update company secretary records and registers and statutory filings

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines and Associate Member of HKCGI/CGI
  • At least 6 years of company secretarial experience gained from sizeable listed companies or professional firms
  • Well-versed in company secretarial and corporate governance practices, Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, compliance procedures and other statutory requirements
  • Experience in handling compliance matters with the Securities and Futures Commission is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Mature, self-motivated, detailed-minded, well-organised and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Officer role
