Senior Officer - Corporate Engagement & Events

Role Objective

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Officer, Corporate Engagement & Events to execute impactful corporate and community initiatives. With the primary focus on full-lifecycle event operations from production and vendor logistics to on-site execution, you will also play a key role in supporting high-level corporate engagement initiatives, including managing executive speaking engagements and delivering sponsor activations.

Job Duties

  • Plan and Execute Events: Support the Manager to plan, produce, and execute a diverse portfolio of corporate and community events, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
  • Oversee Logistics and Operations: Coordinate all logistical and operational aspects, including guest management, vendor relations, and the creation of promotional materials (both print and digital)
  • Monitor Event Progress: Collaborate with authorities, agency partners, and internal teams to streamline operations and ensure seamless execution
  • Activation Delivery: Lead the delivery of corporate sponsorship commitments, ensuring all partner benefits (branding, digital assets, VIP access) are fulfilled accurately
  • Prospect Research: Conduct market intelligence to identify potential sponsor prospects, industry trends, and strategic alignment opportunities
  • Administrative Coordination: Manage core administrative functions, including tender preparation/processing, vendor contracts, event reports, meeting coordination, and internal governance compliance
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities or special assignments as directed by your supervisor, contributing to the overall success of our engagement platforms

Requirements

  • University graduate with a minimum of four years’ experience in event management, marketing or communication
  • Exceptional coordination and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and uphold a high level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and event management software
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with a “can-do” mindset, capable of thriving both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience in corporate events such as Annual General of Meeting, with a demonstrated ability to handle VIP clientele, is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Willingness to work outside of regular work hours and be on duty as required

Remuneration

We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
