Senior Officer - Digital Platform

Role Objective

  • Support the marketing department on Data Analytics & Digital Projects 

Job Duties

1) Data Analytics

  • Provide analytics and knowledge-based reports to help track customer behavior and campaign performance for determining the effectiveness of various digital and CRM initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports with in-depth qualitative & quantitative analysis and insights for management’s strategic planning
  • Monitor the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to create business synergies that drive member activations and engagements
  • Leverage analytics and data visualization tools to present information in a way that drives fact-based decision making
  • Assist in data mining projects, working closely with internal BI & IT teams (e.g. building dashboards & analysis models)

2) Digital Project Management (With guidance from the Senior Manager)

  • Monitor & track progress of different digital & CRM projects
  • Support to identify & manage project milestones, dependencies, critical paths & deliverables
  • Manage internal stakeholders & external vendors for on-time delivery with good quality (e.g. new app feature releases, new data pipelines)
  • Manage and prioritize project risks and issues, propose options to mitigate and resolve, oversee project timeline
  • Provide support in implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration/ Information Technology/ Quantitative Analysis/ Statistics or related disciplines
  • Min. 4 years of experience in data analysis
  • Good business acumen and analytical skills
  • High proficiency in SQL and Power BI
  • Strong in hands-on data analytics with insights generation ability (i.e. extracting the key findings & insights for business with illustrations via story-telling approaches)
  • Able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ideally with knowledge on CRM project implementation and/ or CRM marketing
  • Candidate with short notice period or immediate availability is a plus
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer – Digital Platform.

We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
