Senior Officer - Digital

Job Duties

  • Drive, develop and execute CRM advertising and promotion campaign
  • Maintain win-win business relationships with existing partners and monitor partnership programs to maximize performance to drive the excellence for the APP;
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboarding strategic partnerships to create business synergies that drive the member activations and engagements;
  • Propose and implement effective CRM strategies, member programs & events for member recruitment, acquisition, engagement & retention
  • Support in CRM data analysis and report generation for identifying target segmentation for CRM initiatives
  • Manage, develop and execute the internal & external communication collaterals. Budget planning and control on events and programs to maximize cost effectiveness
  • Write, edit and disseminate a variety of communications including website content, online newsletter and feeds
  • Work closely with internal departments and other BUs/Partners/Vendors to ensure the CRM works effectively and ensure smooth execution of designated programs
  • Provide support in implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance
     

Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, 
  • Strong in analyzing and understanding market data
  • Result-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Creative mindset with good communication skills
  • Dynamic and creative to cope with fast-paced working environment
  • Strategic thinking, mature, detail-minded, independent, proactive and hard working
  • Excellent in written English and Chinese
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer – Digital.
