Senior Officer / Officer - Digital Platform (CRM, APP & Partnership)

Job Duties

  • Be result-oriented and strive to achieve the company’s KPI targets
  • Member Recruitment & Engagement Program
    • Execute member acquisition programs and member engagement programs and make sure a smooth operation
    • Prepare campaign report from system
    • Maintain and execute member communication calendar
  • Tenant relationship and Partnership
    • Liaise with both tenants & external partners for member benefits & privileges
    • Support for the execution of the partner/tenant collaboration plan
  • Frontline and APP excellence
    • Support the frontline to handle enquiries & complaints and to solve problem.
    • Upload the campaign content accordingly on system
    • Execute the system set-up for activities by digital team
    • Assist in the training to the frontline on the use of concierge app for receipt uploading and other operation purposes

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in data handling, campaign implementation and partnership
  • Familiarity with APP backend system or experience in mall industry will be an advantage
  • Efficient, self motivated and comfortable to work in a fast pace environment
  • Pleasant personality with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail minded, self-initiative and able to work independently
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese,  Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

 

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer – Marketing
