Senior Officer / Officer - Fresh Market (HK)
Job Duties
- Manage key tenancy processes across the Fresh Market portfolio, including repossession, handover, tenancy compliance, deposit settlement, and maintenance of accurate records.
- Oversee insurance-related matters, including documentation, renewals, claims coordination, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Review and enhance operating standards, policies, and guidelines to strengthen governance, consistency, and operational effectiveness across Fresh Markets.
- Support procurement and vendor selection by preparing tender documentation, invitation materials, evaluation inputs, and related submissions.
- Deliver management reporting and business insights by consolidating operational data, identifying key trends, and preparing materials for management review and decision-making.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement Fresh Market strategies, operating policies, and service improvement initiatives.
- Drive operational performance across assigned Fresh Market assets by monitoring service providers and ensuring effective delivery of security, cleaning, customer service, and maintenance services.
- Manage stakeholder enquiries and service issues, working with tenants, customers, contractors, and internal teams to achieve timely and practical resolutions.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities that enhance customer experience, tenant engagement, service standards, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and priority projects, while fostering a customer-focused, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder or above in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in portfolio management
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with Fresh Market operations will be considered as an advantage
- Preferrable to hold Tier 1/Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner License under PMSA
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer – Fresh Market (HK).
