Senior Officer - Property & Car Park Management (HK)

Job Duties

  • To assist in documentary works like preparation of tender documents, invitation letters and other documents for procurement exercises
  • To prepare and consolidate regular reports for meetings and data analysis
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager


  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administrations or related discipline
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in administrative or secretarial field
  • High Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin


Candidate with less experience may be considered for the role of Officer - Property Management & Car Park Management.
