Senior System Engineer - End User Technologies & Support

Role Objective

 

  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining existing EUC services for Link’s IT environment
  • Involved in technical project work and working closely with other technology services teams or external vendors to deploy new EUC services

Job Duties

 

  • Administer M365 Products (Include but not limited to Exchange / SharePoint / Teams), Active Directory and Entra ID (AAD)
  • Manage the endpoint security tools comply with Link’s IT Policies and Security Standard
  • Manage Windows PC in an enterprise environment including support/break-fix/imaging/re-imaging/patching and any automated tools, such as SCCM, Intune and Group Policies
  • Manage Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system
  • Handle video and web conferencing infrastructure, room design and adoption of new related collaboration tools and services
  • Create and maintain the end user workspace solution, including hardware, software, and security within the Link’s IT standard
  • Maintain updated documentation on end user technology offering
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for escalation or technology rollout
  • Work with vendors and service providers for solution planning, service delivery, and technical support activities

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines 
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in large organizations
  • Proficient in Microsoft technologies such as Windows 11/10, M365 Products, Active Directory, Entra ID (AAD), GPO, SCCM and Intune
  • Knowledgeable in VoIP systems (Cisco CUCM / Teams Voice) including planning, deployment, and support
  • Skilled in Audio-Visual systems and Unified Communications devices for meeting room setting
  • Holder of certificates in Microsoft technologies will be advantageous 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to cope with pressure
  • Able to communicate and negotiate with product vendors as needed
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin in writing and speaking
