Senior System Engineer - End User Technologies & Support

Role Objective

 

  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining existing EUC services for Link’s IT environments. 
  • Involved in technical project work and working closely with other technology services teams or external vendors to deploy new EUC services.

Job Duties

 

  • Manage O365 (Exchange / SharePoint / Teams), Active Directory, Azure AD and GPO
  • Manage Windows PC in an enterprise environment including support/break-fix/imaging/re-imaging/patching and any automated tools, e.g SCCM, ManageEngine
  • Administer file-sharing and printing services 
  • Oversee Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system  
  • Build and support the end user workspace solution, including hardware, software, and security within the Link’s IT standard.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for solution planning, service delivery, and technical support activities

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines 
  • Over 5 years of related experience in large-scale organizations 
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft technologies including Windows 11/10, O365 (Exchange / SharePoint / Teams), Active Directory, Azure AD, GPO, SCCM and Intune 
  • Hands-on experience in file sharing (share folder permission and drive mapping) and printing services (print queue and print driver management) 
  • Experience in VoIP systems (e.g., Cisco CUCM, AudioCodes, Teams Voice etc…) design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Familiar with TVs, sound bar, speakers and cameras setup in meeting room environment
  • Holder of certificates in Microsoft technologies will be advantageous 
  • Knowledge in ManageEngine products and Lansweeper is highly desirable  
  • Strong team player, energetic, responsible and with “can-do” attitude 
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure 
  • Able to communicate and negotiate with product vendors as required 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Working in non-office hours may be required
