Senior Systems Analyst - IT, Lease Management Application Portfolio

Job Duties

• Act as subject matter expert to Asset Management Business and Operation
• Translate user requirements into technical changes in the application
• Perform system configurations, track issues and facilitate resolution
• Prepare test plan and test cases / test scripts, perform functional test, manage key users / teams on test execution
• Support implementation, go-live and cutover activities related to Billing and Leasing application and manage post-implementation production enquiries and issues
• Manage and work with local and international vendors, including ticket dispatch, follow-up, and communications
• Support Asset Management applications and business processes

Requirements

• Degree holder in MIS / computer science
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in supporting business systems including but not limited to Billing, Leasing, CRM systems or related products
• Functional knowledge in Billing, Leasing, CRM and Finance is highly preferred
• Hands-on skills in SQL, scripting and MS-SQL administration and tuning knowledge is required
• Database programming skills for developing stored procedures /integrations would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Yardi, MS Dynamics CRM, Azure would be an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work independently
• Good communication and presentation skill in English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
• Able to interact with people at all levels
